  • Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software
  • Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications
  • Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements
  • Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software
  • Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms
  • Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements
  • Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management
  • Make responsibilities in developing front-end for web application (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) of any future products for Indonesia and Global market
  • Communicate design ideas using wireframe/mockup/clickable prototype before code implementation
  • Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements
  • Show initiatives and demonstrate ownership of the product by suggesting new features and provide insights during product development
  • Acquire knowledge of business function and technical areas
  • Provide insights and assist in analyzing, defining information and technical needs
  • Manage multiple projects of Loyalty Program
  • Liaise with business and stakeholders in order to deliver value added services
  • Provide maintenance and support
  • Work within brand guidelines and passionately apply creative excellence to unify the designs across digital assets
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Min. 2 years of experience as a Java Developer
  • Experience with Java/JavaScript Framework, SQL, J2EE and JSF 2.0
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Stored Procedures
  • Experience with DB2, JSON, HTML5/XM, Hibernate, Spring, Web Services or WebSphere
  • Experience with Agile Methodology
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Min. 1 year of experience as a front end developer
  • Have experiences in designing and implementing UI elements and web application to production using any of the following JS libraries (React, Angular, Vue)
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skill
  • Deep knowledge of HTML/CSS/DOM/JavaScript and HTTP protocol
  • Familiar with common open-source front end libraries
  • Strong UI/UX design knowledge, and fluent in English.
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences / Information Systems
  • Min. 1 year of experience in Information -Technology or as a Business Analyst
  • Good knowledge of SQL, Web Services/API, Websites
  • Able to do research market data and doing A/B Testing
  • Able to use StarUML/Enterprise Architect
  • Able to stay updated with interaction design and new online technology trends
  • Enjoy using Photoshop, Sketch and InVision is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
